If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Dr. Sherwood is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and it’s very clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. I have significantly worse vision in one eye and have always struggled with glasses because they caused double vision and a constant sense of imbalance, so I relied on contacts. Over the past two years, my vision had become increasingly blurry, especially at a distance, and it felt like I just couldn’t see clearly anymore. Dr. Sherwood adjusted my prescription so quickly, and honestly, it felt like I saw clearly for the first time yesterday. Everything is sharp and clear again—I can read easily and see things clearly at a distance. I’m still in awe of what a huge difference such a simple adjustment made. He even explained why my glasses gave me that imbalance and how we could make it that I would be able to in the future if I decided to get glasses; it’s so crazy that he is the first doctor in 10-15 years that was able to help with both. I do not remember her name (Sorry!!!) but the employee helping me order the contacts and bill everything through insurance was also sooooo caring and went above and beyond to help me with the prices. I am beyond grateful and would highly recommend Dr. Sherwood to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. Thank you sooooooooooo much! You guys have no idea what difference you’ve made!

Dr. Sherwood is a great optometrist. As well as being personable, he is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has been a great experience every time.

I went there for the first time and the staff was really caring. Also they were really quick they do not make you wait for the doctor really long after your appointment scheduled. The doctor I saw was very straight forward for the about my prescription

Dr. Kyle and his staff at this location are the best! They're so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They go beyond just taking care of my vision needs. They truly show that they care about my eye health as if I was a family member. Never going anywhere else.

Fantastic service from entire staff, all the way from booking the appointments over the phone for my family of four to my husband having to go back in this afternoon to have his lense material changed, and they threw in $50 off for the inconvenience without my husband even asking. All staff were friendly and accommodating at all of our appointments! We look forward to working with them in the future!

Wonderful team! I always get the best service each and every time I come in. I commute almost 40 minutes to this particular location, Tesson Ferry, because of their staff and because they are literally the only ones who can get my glasses just the way I need them. I’ve been to other places and will continue to come back, even though they are out of network because they get the lens right every time. Thank you Tesson Ferry Crown Vision! You guys are the best and I hope you guys don’t retire anytime soon because you all are so genuinely nice, funny, and put so much care into my glasses.

The person that helped was Jennifer. She is very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right pair of frames for my new glasses. Everyone there is very polite and friendly.
